Jr IT Analyst – Major Incident Response Mgmt

Job Description

The junior level IT Analyst for Major Incident Response Mgmt is a liaison with all key internal stakeholders and external 3rd parties effected by the incident. This role servers as the key coordinator & facilitator of resources, communications, escalations, executive approvals, and for following a structured approach to issues resolution during a major incident. They are engaged as soon as a major incident is assessed and will be responsible for all stages to resolution, closure, postmortem, and root cause analysis including the execution of the agreed upon corrective action.

  • Project Management acumen and experience facilitating issue resolution in a high stress situation using a systematic and coordinated approach based on prioritization
  • Authoritative, diplomatic, professional, and political savvy
  • Ability to quickly instill confidence, garner consensus and earn respect
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
  • At ease conversing with all organizational levels, including Chief Executives, Business Partners, Middle Management, Clients, Technical Resources, and Support Staff
  • Consultative approach, acumen and experience
  • Exhibits a mature, confident and cooperative persona at all times
  • Possesses a broad and diverse technical
  • Ability to remain calm and function efficiently under pressure
  • Intuitive reasoning, Out of the Box thinking and disciplined problem solving capabilities
  • Abilities in conflict resolution and refocusing resource efforts to issues at hand

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3¬†years experience in technology field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Project Management or similar experience
