Several class action lawsuits are now filed against Harvard Pilgrim over its recent ransomware attack. Harvard Pilgrim said information from more than 2.5 million customers may have been stolen after data was copied from its system between March and April of this year.At least four of the lawsuits claim Harvard Pilgrim failed to notify those impacted until a month after the incident.They claim the data breach and how the company handled its aftermath is a breach of contract.One of the people suing works for the Saint Paul’s School in Concord and claims she experienced $250-worth of credit card fraud after the breach.Another Granite Stater who filed a separate lawsuit claims she experienced an increase in spam texts and phone calls following the data breach.
