LivaNova (NASDAQ:LIVN) disclosed in an SEC filing on Monday that it has detected a cybersecurity incident that disrupted portions of its IT systems.
The incident has caused, and is expected to continue to cause, disruption to parts of the company’s business operations, LivaNova said.
The company said it cannot determine the extent of the incident’s impact on its business, results of operations, cash flows, or financial condition at the moment.
The company said it has and will continue to take actions to remediate the issue, such as taking certain systems offline.
