Luis “Louie” Ruelas and private investigator Bo Dietl are being sued for allegedly hacking computers for “harassment and abuse” against Vanessa Reiser, an ex-fiancée of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star.

According to court docs obtained by Page Six, Ruelas, 48, and Dietl, 73 — who were notoriously linked during 2023’s “RHONJ” Season 13 — and a group of lawyers are being sued by separate phalanx of New York-based attorneys, who claim that the duo illegally accessed sensitive information in their system to dig up dirt on one of the Bravolebrity’s previous lovers, who is unnamed in the suit.

The lawyers — including plaintiff Kevin Johnson, who confirmed to the Daily Beast that the individual in question was Reiser — allege in their suit that Ruelas, Dietl and their counsel did so “with criminal, reckless, malicious, fraudulent intent devised to defraud” the plaintiffs and cover their “own misdeeds” related to their efforts as attorney-client-private investigators to hire sleuths to illegally ascertain personal details about her.

The attorneys suing Ruelas, Dietl and their alleged cohorts go on to accuse the crew of using “subterfuge, dissemination and other fraudulent pretext” to continue what they describe as a campaign of alleged “harassment and abuse” against Ruelas’ ex, according to the suit.

“[They] took [files] both private and professional in masse from those computers illegally accessed by the same,” claims the suit, which was filed on Monday.

Ruelas — who is married to “RHONJ” OG Teresa Giudice — and Deitl, along with their lawyers, are accused of violating the Federal Wiretap Act, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the New Jersey Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act. They are being sued for damages.

In October 2023, Reiser’s application for a permanent restraining order against Ruelas was denied when plaintiff Johnson testified on her behalf.

“The plaintiff previously testified under oath in court regarding his own conduct in this matter and was found to be not credible by the trial judge,” a source familiar with the case exclusively tells Page Six.

“The court also found that the plaintiff had a bizarre obsession with ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey,’” insider further claims. “This is clearly an extension of that obsession. The court previously found that neither Bo Dietl or Luis Ruelas did anything wrong. This is beyond frivolous and will ultimately be dismissed by a court.”

Meanwhile, a source connected to Dietl tells us, “Bo can’t wait to see the evidence that this confused individual has to prove any of what he alleges. You have a better shot of seeing the Tooth Fairy, but won’t, because neither exists.”

During the “New Jersey” Season 13 reunion, cast member Rachel Fuda’s husband, John Fuda, accused Ruelas of hiring Dietl to look into his past as part of an alleged smear campaign to make the Fudas — and more enemies of Giudice’s, including Margaret Josephs and estranged sister-in-law Melissa Gorga — look bad.

Despite repeatedly boasting about his close relationship with the retired NYPD detective — and having information about certain cast members — Ruelas has denied orchestrating any such investigation.

Dietl has also denied having any involvement, insisting to his X (formerly Twitter) followers in May 2023 that he wasn’t employed by Ruelas to investigate the “RHONJ” cast.

“I’m glad the truth finally came out — Beau Dietl & Associates is a professional investigation firm that has been in business for over 38 years,” he wrote at the time.

“We were never hired by Luis Ruelas to conduct investigations on any of the Real Housewives of New Jersey.”

In a separate statement to Page Six, Dietl said he was “offended” by Ruelas’ suggestion that he was involved in the “New Jersey” drama.

“We have never ever done any investigative work against any cast members of the ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ and I’m very offended if anyone uses my name,” he elaborated.

“Every one of my investigations are confidential, that’s why it’s a private investigation. I wouldn’t be in business for 38 years if we did anything not proper.”

As for Reiser, this isn’t the first time Ruelas has been wrapped up in legal trouble with her.

In April 2021, Page Six exclusively reported that the therapist filed legal action against him when their two-year relationship ended in 2020, claiming he would become incensed if they did not have enough sex. The lawsuit was eventually settled out of court for undisclosed terms.

Another ex-fiancée, Paula Sanchez, also accused Ruelas of having an insatiable appetite for sex. Sanchez — whom the businessman was with from 2011 until 2018 — allegedly felt pressure to have sex with Ruelas multiple times a day, a source told us at the time.

“Ninety-nine percent of their fights were because he was complaining that they weren’t having enough sex,” the insider said. “If they had sex like four times in one day, there was a complaint.”

Reiser and Ruelas dated from 2018 to 2020 and were briefly engaged. Facebook

Responding to the “sex-obsessed” allegations during the “RHONJ” Season 13 reunion, Ruelas confessed to host Andy Cohen, “I can’t have sex four times a day.”

In a previous statement to Page Six, a rep for Ruelas said of his exes’ claims, “These people need to get a life and move on. He has, it’s time for them to do the same.”

Teresa, 51, and Ruelas got engaged in Greece in October 2021 after dating for just over one year. It wasn’t long before the couple nestled into a $3.35 million Montville, NJ, home with their six combined children.

Teresa — who shares daughters Gia, 23, Gabriella, 19, Milania, 18, and Audriana, 14, with ex Joe, 51 — tied the knot in August 2022 in a lavish Garden State ceremony filmed for a Bravo wedding special.
