A man has been arrested and charged with sexual imposition after Delhi Township police said he touched a juvenile inappropriately at a Kroger.According to police, the incident occurred on Sept. 8, when a 15-year-old alleged that the man touched her buttocks while she was shopping in an aisle. The juvenile then reported the incident to her mother and store management.Police said the juvenile’s mother searched the store for the suspect after it happened but could not locate the man.Once police arrived on the scene, a report was taken, and security footage from the store was requested.On Sept. 15, Delhi Township police said Malik Rahab, 27, was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual imposition.Delhi police and the Cincinnati Police Department said they are actively investigating after similar offenses were reported at the Hobby Lobby on Glencrossing Way.Police said anyone who thinks they were also a victim should get in contact with law enforcement.Rahab was booked into the Hamilton County Jail on Friday afternoon.WLWT has confirmed Rahab is a registered sex offender in Ohio and has been on the registry since August 2020.In June 2020, an employee at the casino downtown said Rahab used a cellphone to record her under a women’s restroom stall. Rahab was also arrested earlier this year, accused of inappropriately touching a woman at a Walmart store. Those charges were dropped.
