Mother, Daughter Arrested for ID Theft

WURTSBORO – The New York State Police at Wurtsboro received a complaint of identity theft from a Bloomingburg resident in September.

Through their investigation authorities allege that in March of 2016, a fraudulent account was opened with a local cable company in the name of the Bloomingburg resident, according to police.

Roxanne Foote, age 55, and Ann Marie Webb age 32, who are mother and daughter, said police, were arrested for Identity Theft in the 2nd degree, a Class E felony.

Foote and Webb were processed through the Wurtsboro Barracks and issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Mamakating Court at a later date.
