
NAPLES, Fla. — A Naples man has been sentenced to more than 47 years in prison after he was found guilty in April for engaging in sexual activity with a minor.
Carmine Biello Jr. caught the attention of the Collier County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) in 2018 after the victim told a pastor about the sex crimes.
According to the State Attorney’s Office, the victim said the crime occurred on several occasions throughout Collier County. CCSO investigators then arranged a call between Biello Jr. and the victim.

Biello Jr. was arrested after making incriminating statements during the conversation. He was sentenced to prison for four counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
The State Attorney’s Office said he will serve a total of 573 months in prison. Biello Jr. was sentenced to 286.5 months on three of the counts. These will run concurrently with each other.
He was also sentenced to 286.5 months on the fourth count. This will run consecutive to the three counts.
