
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Matthew Paulino, 36, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 11 in Nashua. He was previously convicted of acts prohibited in December 2022 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Michael Peters, 43, of Schaefer Circle in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge in Hudson on April 7.
Justin Provencher, 35, of no fixed address on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a knife on April 19 in Hudson. Provencher is a felon due to a drug conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in June 2018.
Craig Rochette, 37, of Stevens Avenue in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 28 in Nashua.
Eric Roman, 32, of Strawberry Bank Road in Nashua on six felony duty to inform charges. He was accused of failing to register with police about his termination from Smokey Bones in Nashua on Feb. 20, 2022, and his new residence on March 7, June 6, Sept. 5, and Dec. 5, 2022.
Kailey Rowley, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua on four sale of controlled drug, fentanyl and crack cocaine, charges. She was accused of selling the drug to an agent of the Nashua police on Jan. 24, Feb. 16, and April 11. Previously, she was convicted of control of premises in June in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Mark Ruppel, 35, of Harvard Street in Nashua on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges on Jan. 1 and Feb. 1 in Nashua.
William Shepard, 23, of Great Brook Road in Milford on reckless conduct and conduct after an accident charges, both felonies. He was accused of failing to stop at the crash scene with injury on April 19 in Nashua.
