Nassau County is presenting a program to improve child safety Saturday at the Syosset Public Library.
Operation Safe Child aims to help track down missing children faster in during emergencies.
The event from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. will allow families to have their children fingerprinted, photographed and have a card issued to them at no cost.
