EOE/M/F/D/VResponsibilities:Create web based/.net applications in .NET using C# and/or VB.NETWork closely with Senior DBA to develop new applicationsAble to upgrade existing VB6 applications to .NET web based environmentTeam Support Rotation of existing ERP business applicationsStrong understanding of ANSI-TSQL ProceduresQualifications:Three plus years of experience in analysis, design and development of client/server, web based and n-tier application. Experienced in developing windows applications, web applications, windows services and web services in Microsoft Visual Studio. Net IDE using C#.Net 1.1, C#.Net 2.0, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET and SQL Server. Knowledge of all Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSL, XSLT, Xpath, XSL-FO, XPointer, DTD, XMLSchema, CSS, DOM, HTML, AJAX and JavaScript. Created deployment packages for Applications using Visual studio.Net Startup Project, which involves creating native image of an assembly, installing an assembly in Global assembly cache (GAC). Worked extensively with Data Adapter, Dataset, and Data reader as a part of the ADO.NET to access and update databases. Experience in SQL Server Database design, developing T-SQL queries, stored procedures using SQL Server 2008 and Microsoft SSRS Reporting. IBM COGNOS and SharePoint 2010 experience a plus. Good working knowledge with designer tools such as Microsoft Visio. Experience debugging tools provided by the Visual Studio.Net IDE. Functional domain experience, creating and publishing web apps. Effective in working independently and collaboratively in teams.
