Billock was placed under arrest after the FBI, Mahoning County SWAT, and Trumbull County Sheriff’s Department raided a Newton Township home late in June.
According to Major Tony Villanueva with the Trumbull Sheriff’s Department, the raid was initially to execute a search warrant on the property on the 2300 block of Grant Street.
Billock was present in the home and taken into custody on an unrelated warrant.
