An off-duty NYPD school safety agent was busted for allegedly groping a woman on a Queens subway platform this week, authorities said.
Elvin Espinal, 28, is accused of inappropriately touching the female straphanger on the northbound No. 7 train platform at the Roosevelt Avenue – 74th Street station in Jackson Heights at 4:40 p.m. Monday, cops said.
The suspect allegedly thrust his groin into the 38-year-old victim and used his left hand to touch her buttocks, sources said.
He was arrested about 15 minutes later and charged with forcible touching, sexual abuse and harassment, police said.
Espinal has been suspended without pay from the NYPD, the department said.
