Cleveland County deputies arrest alleged child predator
The suspect was arrested after crashing into a Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office vehicle while trying to flee the scene.

A news release states that the suspect was communicating with the person when deputies arrived at the scene along Pennsylvania Avenue near Southwest 104th Street.Authorities said the suspect fled when detectives approached his vehicle and tried driving past Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office vehicles before colliding with a sheriff’s office unit. Deputies took the suspect into custody without further incident.>> Download the KOCO 5 AppThe suspect, identified as Marko Villegas Gallardo, was booked into the Cleveland County Detention Center on counts of lewd and indecent proposals, eluding a peace officer, assault and battery with a deadly weapon and violating the Computer Crime Act. “Expressing the profound disgust I feel in cases like this is challenging, yet I must commend the efforts of my detectives and deputies,” Cleveland County Sheriff Chris Amason said in the news release. “They dedicate themselves to exposing and ensuring accountability for criminals who, from behind a keyboard, target our children.
