Job Skills / Requirements

Primary Duties: 

Contacts property manager daily to be advised of any problems with janitorial crew’s work. 

Surveys buildings to inspect cleaning. 

Instructs crew of work needing done. 

Requisitions supplies and delivers to buildings. 

Solicits new business and prepares bids. 

Interviews, hires, and trains new personnel. 

Responds to emergencies in accounts.

High School Diploma/GED


This job reports to the Director of Operations

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift.
