Trevor Noah, Comedy Central’s Emmy-winning “Daily Show” host, will host “The 63rd Annual Grammy Awards.” It’s Noah’s first time emcee’ing the event, which will be broadcast Sunday, January 31 at 8p on CBS and CBS All Access. Beyonce dominated the nominations, announced yesterday, but several television personalities are also in contention. Jerry Seinfeld, Tiffany Haddish, Meryl Streep, Rachel Maddow, Spike Jonze and all-time “Jeopardy!” record holder Ken Jennings are in the running for statuettes in different categories.

Sarah Paulson thriller “Run” is now Hulu’s most watched feature title ever during its opening weekend. The film, which debuted November 20, also ranks as the most talked about Hulu Original Film to date on Twitter.

Dave Chappelle’s sketch series “Chappelle’s Show” is on Netflix no longer. Chappelle asked the streamer to remove the show, the comedian told fans in a social media video, claiming he never got paid by after he left the ViacomCBS-owned show. ViacomCBS “didn’t have to pay me because I signed the contract,” he said. “But is that right? I didn’t think so either… I like working for Netflix because when all those bad things happened to me, that company didn’t even exist. And when I found out they were streaming ‘Chappelle’s Show,’ I was furious… So you know what I did? I called them and I told them that this makes me feel bad. And you want to know what they did? They agreed that they would take it off their platform just so I could feel better.”

Netflix ran away with 18 nominations for the 2020 International Documentary Assn., which announced noms yesterday for its virtual ceremony on January 21. PBS landed five noms, and HBO is up for four awards.

Pete Davidson and Maude Apatow, who recently starred together in “The King of Staten Island,” are reuniting for a virtual table read of the 1946 holiday classic “It’s A Wonderful Life” to benefit The Ed Asner Family Center. Davidson will portray George Bailey, portrayed by James Stewart in the film. Aparow will portray Violet Bick. Other readers include Mia Farrow, Ellie Kemper, Carol Kane and Ed Begley Jr.

Also gathering ‘round the table is the cast of The CW’s “90210,” who are reuniting for a digital special. Cast members including Annalynne McCord, Michael Steger, Shenae Grimes, Matt Lanter, Tristan “Mack” Wilds and Trevor Donovan will appear in “ET Presents… 9021OMG! The Cast Tells All,” available to stream on The CW Seed beginning Wednesday November 25.

The SAG-AFTRA Foundation has distributed more than $6 million in Covid emergency relief aid to 6,500 of the union’s members and their families in need, according to the latest update from foundation president Courtney B. Vance.

Ken Jennings, who won the “Greatest of All Time” tournament in January and holds the record for consecutive games won, steps in as the first interim host of “Jeopardy!” following the death of seminal host Alex Trebek.
