A Plano man is being charged with failure to register a change of address following a county-wide sex offender compliance check last month spearheaded by the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
The Plano Police Department says that during the sweep, officers found that 31-year-old Christopher Ottinger, of Plano, was allegedly no longer staying at his registered address.
A warrant was issued Ottinger’s arrest and he was picked up on Friday by Plano police. Ottinger was booked into the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville to await a bond hearing.
