Poe Center for Health Education is launching a free spring workshop series for tweens, teens and adults that covers everything from substance use prevention to internet safety.
#YouthCulture, a spring workshop series, begins with a session for parents on adolescent brain development and social media on March 2. It continues through May 4.
Other sessions cover social media, bullying, healthy teen relationships, the science of addiction and wellness.
Some sessions are for adults only, Other sessions are for fourth and fifth graders. Some are designed just for middle school or high school students.
It’s all free, and everything takes place online.
