A Las Vegas man was arrested in Lake Havasu City last May, and ultimately extradited to Nevada to face charges in the alleged sexual assault of a child. But that suspect was later freed, to be arrested in Havasu seven months later on similar charges.

Now questions remain in the case of 20-year-old Justice A. Garner, with few answers as of this week as to how or why he was released in Nevada. But Lake Havasu City Police investigators say Garner returned to Havasu following his release, where he allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl on as many as six occasions between November and December.
