Infamous Apex Legends player Facilitatur made a name for himself in the early days of Ranked after reaching the top spots of the ladder on console.
Shortly after hitting the impressive milestone, Facilitatur was banned after he was caught using hacks. Instead of moving on to another game, he simply decided to switch to PC and continue the grind on another platform.
Over two years later, in Season 18, Facilitatur managed to clutch the top Predator spot in Ranked once again despite countless cheating accusations. However, his time at the top was once again cut short, as Facilitatur was recently banned live on a stream for the use of third-party software.
Rank 1 Apex Legends Predator banned live on stream
After taking a gunfight with Facilitatur’s squad, RealLegendJuice was beamed down in an instant while flying into the air on Horizon’s Gravity Lift.
Heading into the spectate mode, RealLegendJuice started watching their teammate who was taking on Facilitatur. Out of the blue, the number one Ranked Predator player disappeared and turned into a death box.
This is typically a sign of someone getting banned, and while we don’t know how long for, it’s likely a permanent suspension if it’s for hacking.
HisWattson called out Rank 1 Apex Legends player before ban
Only a day prior to Facilitatur’s ban, former Apex pro-Jacob “HisWattson” McMillin called out the top Ranked Predator, making it clear he still believed they were cheating. “The current Rank #1 Apex Predator has been caught cheating 3 times, surely he’s not cheating for a 4th time right guys.”
Wattson even revealed his own experiences versus Facilitatur, arguing “I’ve played against this guy a lot and I’ve literally never shot him in the back or caught him off guard, they just always know you’re coming.”
Well, with Facilitatur seemingly being banned on PC, it’ll be interesting to see whether he makes a return again or finally decide to call it quits.
