YORKVILLE (WBBM NEWSRADIO) – Kendall County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a registered sex offender at a state park in Yorkville.
Sixty-one-year-old Robin Lish of Yorkville was arrested Monday in Silver Springs State Park.
The Sheriff’s office said he was with a minor in a restricted area near the Fox River.
They said the juvenile’s guardian was aware they were together.
Lish was arrested at about noon.
He’s “charged with being present in a public park as a registered sexual predator/child sex offender.”
That’s a Class A misdemeanor.
