After investigating, police say they found several online posts of Sanchez working out at a local gym with a designated childcare center for customers. Watch: NOWCAST streaming newscasts Sanchez is prohibited from being at locations with childcare services. Detectives were then able to establish probable cause to charge him. Sanchez was arrested on July 21 and transported to Alamance County Detention Center, where he was charged with four counts of felony failure to register online identifiers and three counts of felony sex offender unlawfully on premise. He was issued a $20,000 secured bond. Sex offenders are required by law to notify the sheriff’s office of all online identifiers, including their social media accounts and online messaging platforms.

After investigating, police say they found several online posts of Sanchez working out at a local gym with a designated childcare center for customers.
