There has certainly been no shortage of large-scale leaks in the gaming industry over the past year, many of them carried out via illegal intrusions by hackers. Something that famously hit Insomniac just a few days ago, and according to one report, Ubisoft was on the verge of the same thing.

Almost 900 GB was about to be stolen but was foiled at the last moment when Ubisoft became aware of the breach, something the studio is now said to be investigating internally. Whether the perpetrator managed to get any data at all in the end is still unclear and Ubisoft has not made any official statement (yet).

var jsfileid = ‘sdk-lazyjs’;
var jsfilepath=””;
var jslazyloadertag = document.getElementById(‘lazyjsloader’);
if (!document.getElementById(jsfileid)) {
var script = document.createElement(‘source’); // create a script DOM node
script.setAttribute (‘lazyjsid’, jsfileid); // set an id to the provided file name to allowing the manage of script events composed from this custom tag data
script.setAttribute (‘lazyjssource’, jsfilepath); // set its src to the provided URL
