Also Monday, the Board approved a bid to sell the property at 1202 North Main Street for a little more than $11,000. A few years ago, the property was gifted to USD 407 to be used as a preschool facility, but renovation would have costed too much.
The Board also discussed the recent conversation with the Russell City Council regarding the city sales tax request to fund school facility improvements. No action was taken.
