BURLINGTON – A man who is a registered sex offender changed his residence without notifying authorities, and his new address was too close to two day care centers.
The Alamance County Sheriff’s Office receivied an anonymous tip Wednesday that Jamol Devencine Logan, 44, of Burlington was living with his girlfriend instead of his registered address.
