During a search of his residence by probation officers, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were found, the sheriff’s office said. Greenfield was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation.

Greenfield’s electronic devices were seized for further investigation, and multiple online accounts were found that had not been reported, the sheriff’s office said.

On July 18, 2023, Greenfield was brought back to Randolph county from Harnett Correctional Institution, where he had been serving after for the probation violation, and served with arrest warrants for eight counts of failing to register new online identifiers. His bond was set at $160,000 secured.
