MOORHEAD — The Moorhead Police Department is notifying the public of a Level 3 sex offender who registered as homeless in the city.
Andre Demond Tolefree, 46, is Black, 5-foot-9, weighs 216 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair, according to a release from the Moorhead Police Department.
Tolefree used force and a weapon to engage in sexual contact with a known teenage girl who he “gained access to” online, the release said. He also used a weapon to hold an adult woman against her will.
