FARGO — The Fargo Police Department is notifying the public that registered sex offender Michael Allen Nelson is living at 1122 2nd Ave. S., #8 in Fargo.
The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee determined Nelson has a high risk of reoffending. He is a lifetime registrant.
Nelson is 5-foot-9, 192 pounds, and has blue eyes and blond hair.
He was convicted of corrupt/solicitation of a minor in Barnes County in 2009. The victim was a 14-year-old girl, police said.
