Enid Police Department is notifying the public that a sex offender has registered a new address with the department.
Tony Whittington was convicted of first-degree rape on Aug. 23, 2010, in Garfield County. Whittington, 31, is not wanted for any crimes and has registered his address, as is required by law.
He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Whittington is residing at 2910 E Eucalyptus Lot 11, in Enid, which is an approved area for sex offenders.
