CARSON, Wis. (WJFW) – The Portage County Sheriff’s Office wants to inform the public that a sex offender will be released next week.
On Friday, Nov. 24, 49-year-old Randolph W. Edwards will be released from prison and will reside at 3724 Town Hall Road, Junction City, Portage County, WI.
Edwards was convicted of two counts of 3rd-degree sexual assault in February 2000 and March 2012, respectively. Edwards had been close to both victims.
As required by law, Edwards will wear GPS monitoring and be on the sex offender registry for his lifetime.
