Sexually violent predator moves to a new address near Colorado Springs | #childpredator | #onlinepredator | #sextrafficing

EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office issued a community alert on Tuesday with a sexually violent predator moving to a new address.

According to the sheriff’s office, Michael Raymond Graham will be registered at 534 Loomis Avenue in the Stratmoor Hills area south of Colorado Springs. Graham was convicted of sexual assault of a child in the past.

The following message was sent out by the sheriff’s office:

“In accordance with Colorado law, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office has been notified that Michael Raymond Graham will be moving into the community and is registered at 534 Loomis Ave. Colorado Springs, Colorado 80906 in the jurisdiction of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. Michael Raymond Graham is a sex offender whose past behavior has led him to be identified as a “Sexually Violent Predator” (SVP) by the State of Colorado. Accordingly, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the community as required by law and undertaken the following tasks, among others:

– Notified the Division of Criminal Justice’s Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB) Notification Team.

– Reviewed and confirmed Michael Raymond Graham’s residence, employment, access to vehicles, legal status, and past crimes.

– Made notifications to neighbors and businesses deemed to be in the immediate area.

– Briefed patrol personnel on Michael Raymond Graham’s status, history, appearance, residence, employment, and vehicles.

– Notified surrounding law enforcement agencies.

– Provided an online video that describes the SVP Community Notification process, SVP information and additional resources for the community. Video at:

The Sheriff’s Office will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that Michael Raymond Graham registers as a sex offender and that he understands his responsibilities as such. Michael Raymond Graham’s criminal history reveals that he has convictions for: CRS 18-3-405(1), Attempted Sexual Assault on a Child (class 5 felony); 18-3-405.3 Sexual Assault on a Child by One in a Position of Trust (class 4 felony); 18-3-404(1)(a) Unlawful Sexual Contact *convicted as 3rd Degree Sexual Assault (class 1 misdemeanor); 18-3-412.5 Failure to Register as a Sex Offender (class 6 felony).”
