The Rock County Sheriff’s office is making the public aware of a convicted sex offender who is moving in to the community.
30 year old Kendall Gipson will be relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 West Sunny Lane in Janesville on Monday, September 18th.
Gipson was convicted of 2nd degree sexual assault and 2nd degree sexual assault of a child in Dane County in July of 2011.
While living in Janesville, Gipson is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with the victim, he’s not allowed to consume drugs, and must comply with standard sex offender rules.
