A St. Clair man is charged with failing to register his vehicle in the Missouri sex offender registry.
Police stopped David Calhoun, 34, of St. Clair, for failing to display registration as he drove on Highway 30 Aug. 22, according to the probable cause statement for his arrest filed Oct. 18. Calhoun was unable to produce registration, insurance or inspection documents for the vehicle, which he had owned since Jan. 10, 2022.
