www.clasificadosyanuncios.org position summary the technical division manager will exercise principal responsibility for the technical operations, rd and delivery of customer service. the technical division manager will manage our existing staff of network and server engineers, service desk manager, operations manager as direct reports. the manager will be responsible for the team which implements the company s it platform at all customers. also, he will be responsible for overseeing managed services engagements with several customers. this is both an internal management/leadership position and a customerfacing (ie service/engagement management) role. responsibilities include providing consistent operational metrics and proactive guidance to the customer for their it infrastructure. the managed services that are in scope of this position s responsibility primarily consist of data networking (routing, switching, wireless, wan, etc.), microsoft infrastructure services (active directory, exchange, etc.), storage (san, nas, etc.), and virtualization (vmware). the manager will perform sales engineering duties interacting with the sales marketing manager and account managers. the technical division manager reports to the ceo. the ideal candidate for this position will have management experience as well as experience interacting with customers to manage through issues (eg service issues) with a high degree of professionalism and attentiveness. the candidate must be well versed
