The UK Space Agency (UKSA) is the latest organization to announce a major collaboration with the Space Information Sharing and Analysis Center (Space ISAC). The Space ISAC and UKSA partnership will aim to enhance Space ISAC’s international government relationships and further their shared goals of securing global space. The partnership was announced April 11.

The UKSA, an executive agency sponsored by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, focuses on understanding the Universe and protecting Earth and outer space. This partnership marks another step in expanding Space ISAC’s reach and influence in the global space community.

“Working with the Space ISAC furthers our efforts to build international partnerships, leverage industry capabilities and embed security as a core principle of the growth of the UK space sector. This valuable partnership will undoubtedly enhance our collective efforts to ensure a safe, secure, and resilient space environment for all,” Stephen Straughan, Head of Security and Resilience, UKSA, said in a statement.
