UTICA, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) – The Utica Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a registered sex offender.
40-year-old Michael Turner has been registered as a Level Two Sex Offender and is required to report changes of address as a condition of his status. Utica Police say they conducted a required check of Turner recently and learned that he no longer resided at the address he listed. A warrant has since been issued for Turner.
If anyone has any information regarding Turner’s whereabouts, you are asked to contact the Utica Police Department. You may either contact the department’s Sex Offender Unit at 315-223-3512 or the Warrants Department at 315-223-3580.
