We are looking for a UX expert to help tweak an existing national real estate website. We need help to build a “better mousetrap” – SEM is driving users to the site, but they are bouncing without interacting with the site.

We’d love to find someone who is expert in UX for websites – esp. websites that need to capture people and get them to interact with a form.
Initially, this job would be a 2-4 wk project to get us set on the right path. But this could very easily grow into something much bigger and into a full-time job.
