WALLINGFORD — A drug dealer and child predator who seduced minors on a social media platform was sentenced to nearly 21 years in prison Tuesday, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut.

Christopher Liscio, 40, previously pleaded guilty to enticement of a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity, conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute oxycodone, and possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine, the U.S. attorney’s office said.

Between January 2016 and February 2020, Liscio used the app Snapchat to persuade two girls to take sexually explicit photos and videos of themselves and send them to him, according to the U.S. attorney’s office. One of the girls began communicating with Liscio at the age of 13, the U.S. attorney’s office said.

The other girl engaged in sexual acts with Liscio on “multiple occasions” at the ages of 15 and 16, according to the U.S. attorney’s office. Communication ended when the victims were 16 or approximately 16, the U.S. attorney’s office said.
