The ward announced via its official Twitter account the same day that the attack was believed to have been carried out by “the international hacking group going by the name Anonymous.” The ward is examining the details.
The ward tweeted that its website could not be viewed as of 5 p.m. on Jan. 3. As of 10 a.m. on Jan. 4 it remained difficult to access the site.
