Oussama Berber has opened up about his art career on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, and the Moroccan man and ex of Debbie Aguero is now sharing his creations online for 90 Day Fiancé fans. He infamously had dreams of becoming an artist or poet in the U.S. before his American partner dumped him. Though Oussama still living in Morocco, he is creating art for the world to see.
Oussama joined the franchise with Debbie during 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 4, when she came to Morocco to be with him. The older American woman had big plans of spending the rest of her life in Morocco, as she wanted to marry Oussama and get an apartment with him. However, Oussama wanted to move to the United States and become a working artist or poet so that he could produce art nonstop in his comfortable new life. Debbie then left Oussama when she discovered his true intentions.
What Kind Of Art Does Oussama Do?
Reddit user u/AlexaPomegranate shared some sceenshots of Oussama’s art with 90 Day Fiancé franchise fans. “Oussama’s IG & art … seems a bit creepy?” the user asked. Indeed, many of Oussama’s images have a haunted appearance to them, as he appears to primarily focus on abstract self-portraits. Oussama is a mixed-media artist who seems to also use pastels in addition to paints. Judging by Oussama’s Instagram, he prefers interpretations of the self, though he was shown painting an outdoor scene with Debbie on The Other Way season 4.
What Reception Does Oussama’s Art Get?
Oussama places a great value on his art, as discussed on The Other Way season 4. Meanwhile, some fans are interested in what he produces. “I like them. They’re really cool. I’m not sure if he’s self-taught or went to school. Regardless, he’s got potential,” one user wrote on Reddit. “I really like them.. But I love art that makes me feel something by looking at it,” another user agreed. “You wouldn’t get it because youre not an artist who would die for his dream,” another viewer joked about Oussama’s attitude on the show.
After 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 4, Oussama has a mixed reputation in the franchise. First, it seemed obvious that he was scamming Debbie. However, Debbie’s reputation has plummeted after The Other Way season 4 Tell-All, where she called Jeymi Noguera a predator and mocked Rishi Singh’s accent, among other offensive moments. Therefore, Oussama and Debbie are now considered to be equally villainous people who likely both used each other. However, it’s unlikely that Oussama will ever be seen again in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise.
