The TikToker and podcaster has shared her experience on social media – and unsurprisingly it’s gone viral.

The date began after an innocent Tinder match.

“So we matched on Tinder. He was a law student at the time,” she said on TikTok.

“We went back to his place. It was implied that we were gonna hook up, but I never explicitly stated that.”

This is where the night got seriously strange.

“Once he removed his undergarments and I was upwind and I still smelled the smell,” she said.

“There was, like, skid marks in his undies, and he had not washed in a long time.

“So when it was revealed to me, I did abort mission.

“I left and a few days later, he had paid someone to serve me with papers to, like, sue me for breaking a verbal contract.

“But it’s OK. I fixed it because he had spent a bunch of the time telling me about how his dad’s lawyer, so I made an appointment with his dad and just like, told on him to his dad.”

‘Not legit’

In later videos, Emily claimed she received another letter after speaking about the incident on TikTok and her podcast.

According to The Mirror, a lawyer told her the man would not be able to pursue his claim against her.

“The lawyer I talked to pretty much laughed at this,” she said.

“It’s very not legit so I’m not concerned in the least that it’s going to go anywhere.

“I called his law firm and this was apparently something he did on his own time’.”

Expressing disgust

A number of people jumped in the comments to express their disgust over the incident.

“It doesn’t matter if you explicitly stated it or not! Consent can be withdrawn at any time!” one person said.

“Clearly he didn’t pay attention in contract class because … that’s not how any of that works,” another added.
