LIVINGSTON PARISH, La. (WAFB) – Three men from other areas are facing charges in Livingston Parish following a recent internet child sex crime investigation.
The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office (LPSO) identified the three suspects arrested as Cecil Roy Anderson, 29, of Vinton; Adrian Alexander Weatherspoon, 33, of River Ridge; and Zahery Allen Criley, 33, of Myrtle Beach, S.C. They are all facing at least one count of indecent behavior with juveniles and computer-aided solicitation of a minor.
Sheriff Jason Ard and investigators with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force report that they use all investigative tools and forensic skills to stop predators from preying on innocent juvenile users on both social media platforms and gaming servers.
With help from Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Louisiana Bureau of Investigation, the sheriff’s office states its task force was able to proactively begin an investigation that resulted in the three arrests.
