Kai Ashton Thomas, 20, 2021 Seventh Ave. — drug possession; criminal trespass; aggravated flight from an officer; obstruction of justice. Bond: $62,000.
Larry Joseph Bellard Jr., 47, 2735 12th St. — domestic abuse aggravated assault; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; theft less than $1,000.
Justin Thomas Freeman, 35, 2001 Vitto St. — two counts unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000.
Chad Thomas Daly, 51, 602 W. Prien Lake Road Apt. 134 — criminal trespass/trespassing of real property; drug possession; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; identity theft; illegal carrying of weapons, possession, custody of any tools customarily used by thieves or burglars.
Angela Rachelle Bertrand, 48, 2676 Miller Ave., Westlake — stalking.
Randall Pierre Walls, 54, 2018 Medora St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator-failure to pay annual registration fee; failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $162,500.

Derrick Remond Moore, 42, 2319 Ernest St. — operating while intoxicated-third offense; resisting an officer; when lighted lamps are required; refusal to submit to chemical test; possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles.
