Bond: $19,250.
Peyton Mcinnis-Powers, 17, 2779 Carswell St., Sulphur — domestic abuse battery.
Raven Raquel Lyons, 32, Port Arthur, Texas — flight from an officer; illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $37,500.
