Joseph Wayne Hanks, 49, 614 Loftin Road, Westlake — stalking; drug possession. Bond: $11,500.
Artis S. Wilson, 41, Houston — entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden; disturbing the peace; threatening a public official. Bond: $7,500.
Jada Kye Castille, 28, 2420 Anita Drive — simple battery; domestic abuse battery.
Damien Damont Nelson, 45, 126 Kirkman St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator-failure to pay annual registration fee; failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator-second offense; drug possession. Bond: $175,000.
Charles Allen Franklin, 40, 1290 E. Liechty Road, Moss Bluff — two counts direct contempt of court; simple assault; entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D.; disturbing the peace.
Jyron Lajames Harper, 22, 337 Shattuck St. — false imprisonment; aggravated assault with a firearm; illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments.
