Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Sheriff Paul Kuhns stopped by the studio this week and explained how to drive safely around schools, and how important it is to follow school zone rules. Those include rules around school busses, and safety around crossing guards. He also explains what penalties can happen if one of the school zone laws is broken.
