Seminars take place between 6 – 8 p.m. next week at some local schools
The Walton County Government supporting the Walton County GA Sheriff’s Office and their nonprofit, Deputies Beyond the Badge in a project to educate the community on the dangers to their children posed by online activity. The project includes a series of seminars next week on Online Safety and Sexual Predator Awareness.
Investigator Kierra Kelly of WCSO will be sharing knowledge in an informative session covering:
- Online safety strategies for children and teens.
- Understanding Sex Offender Registry guidelines.
- Identifying signs of exploitation and what to monitor on devices.
The seminars will take place next week between 6 – 8 p.m. at the following local schools
- March 3: Loganville Middle School – 4869 Bay Creek Church Road, Loganville, GA
- March 4: Monroe Area High School – 4869 Bay Creek Church Road Loganville GA
- March 5: Walnut Grove High School – 4863 Guthrie Cemetery Rd, Loganville, GA
