Shasta County deputies arrested a registered sex offender during a child predator operation. The Major Crimes Unit targeted Joshua Levan in the investigation. The unit posed as a 13-year-old girl online. Investigators say Levan was arrested yesterday as he arrived at an agreed upon location where he thought he was going to have sex with a minor.
