On March 25, 2026, an Iran-backed hacker group announced on its Telegram channel that it had made contact with a “brother in arms,” the commander of a Kurdish hacker group, discussing alleged covert attacks carried out by the Israeli Mossad aimed at undermining Islamic unity. It was also agreed to increase coordination and cooperation between the two groups, including the sharing of intelligence regarding any attempt “to harm regional stability and undermine its security.”
