NTT to establish retail sector ISAC for supply chain cybersecurity

NTT will establish a new information sharing and analysis centre (ISAC) for Japan’s retail and distribution sector in April 2026, in collaboration with companies including Asahi Group Japan, Trial Holdings and Mitsubishi Shokuhin, as well as Kao, Suntory Holdings, Sugi Holdings, PALTAC and Mitsui & Co. Distribution Group. The “Retail ISAC” will provide a framework for cross-industry sharing and analysis of cyber threat and incident information spanning manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers.
