The event included a discussion with Josh Robertson, chief administrator for the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions, and Cerone “Cy” Sturdivant, cybersecurity consulting principal at Forvis Mazars Nashville. 

Stacey Langford, vice president and chief operations officer for the Tennessee Bankers Association (TBA), said the event is designed to give guidance on how to navigate an increasingly complex digital and regulatory landscape. 

“The purpose is for attendees to gain critical technical knowledge from expert keynote presentations, explore innovative solutions from leading banking technology vendors, and engage in meaningful peer-to-peer discussions that drive best practices across the industry,” Langford said. 

Becky Ragan, executive vice president for Dickson-based TriStar Bank said the event provides an opportunity for IT professionals in the banking industry to share ideas and examine challenges they face.

“By bringing technology leaders and innovators into one room, the summit helps us find practical solutions to everyday pain points and move forward with technology strategies with more clarity and confidence,” Ragan said. “I genuinely look forward to this event every year.” 

At the end of 2025, Tennessee Bankers Association reported 158 member banks representing 1,775 branches and 14 trust company members. 

TBA BankPac, the TBA’s political action arm representing the Tennessee banking industry, set a record in 2025 raising $304,317 from 116 contributors.
